Shipping policy

Orders are processed and printed within 1–3 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  Please note: Our printing partners are closed between Christmas and New Years day, so no orders will be processed between those days

Free shipping on all art prints, framed and unframed.  For greeting cards and other items, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Greeting cards and limited edition prints will be shipped from our studio in Montréal.

For other art prints, and frames, shipping speed depends on location and which of our partners is printing the order, but is generally within 5 – 7 business days in Canada, the US, the UK, and Europe.  Shipping to other countries outside of these areas shipping may take longer. 

Countries outside Canada, the USA, UK, and the European Economic Area may charge import fees and duties.  Please check with your local customs department for more information. The Ugly Cat Studio is not responsible for duties and customs levies.
