Refund policy

We offer returns within 30-days of receipt of your items.  The items must be returned in their original condition and the original undamaged packing or a similar protective tube or box.  because all of the Ugly Cat Studio's art is made to order, the return shipping cost is at the customer’s own expense.

If your items were damaged in transit, or if there was a mistake or printing issue on our part, not to worry!  Simply contact us a with a picture of the issue, (and of the packaging, if relevant).  Once we've taken a look at the evidence we'll arrange for a replacement or refund ASAP.  There's no need to ship anything back to us.  You can recycle, donate, or gift the misprinted/damaged items as you see fit.

Refunds

If you opt for a refund, the amount will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, so it may not show up immediately.
